It gives you the space to simply (and quickly) track the first 8 weeks of your baby's feeds (bf or bottle), spills, nappy changes, naps, meds, weights and anything else you notice at the time - because lets face it, it can all end up a bit of a blur!

The timeline design gives you a view of 4 days per page, to help you spot any patterns that your wee bub is making, as they start to establish their routine.

Based on the bullet journal system, I've given an example of how I used it with my 3 babies  - but you're welcome to create your own key/abbreviations for what works best for you!

The journal/logbook really does help free up precious headspace - and when doctors/midwives ask how baby is tracking, it takes the guess work out of what happened, when!
Or if you're tag-teaming the care of a baby - it easily keeps everyone in the loop.
